Take Action Now CDs

I’m almost ready to release my new 6 CD series so I’d thought I’d give away a copy to one of the readers of this blog.

To win, simply post a comment at the bottom of this page telling me why I should choose you as the winner and how you will use it to improve your life.

The CDs are designed to help you overcome procrastination, manage your time better, and get things done. The package is called “Take Action Now” and if you’ve been reading this blog for the past month or so you already know that taking simple steps on a daily basis can add up to massive changes in your life.

In one week I will choose a winner based solely on the comment you make at the bottom of this page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Since the CD set is all about taking action to improve your life, I thought requiring action to win a copy would be a great way to launch it!

How The “Take Action Now” Subconscious Training System Works

You have two minds. Conscious and subconscious. Your conscious mind filters all new information and judges it based on your past experiences, expectations, and beliefs. This process severely limits your ability to take action on a consistent basis even if “logically” you know you need to.

Once you watch the “20 Time Management Tips That Will Transform Your Life” Bonus DVD you will know what to do. The key in taking action on a consistent basis is to get that information past the conscious roadblocks that say “STOP! You are too overwhelmed to do this right now” or “But it’s difficult because I’ve lived with this problem for so long”. Once you get that information into the fertile field of the subconscious there is no such thing as past failure; there is no such thing as impossible, there is only what you can do right now.

That’s how the subconscious works. It’s like a computer, whatever you put in will determine what you get out. If you put in doubt, and negativity, and hopelessness, you will produce inaction, and overwhelm, and fatigue. If you put in certainty, and positivity, and motivation, you will produce focus, and action, and results. The secret to doing this is to calm your conscious mind so you can allow those positive messages to take root and grow into a whole new way of getting the most out of life.

The best way I’ve found to do this is though the combined application of Hypnosis and NLP enhanced Guided Imagery (metaphorical storytelling).

I have carefully designed the “Take Action Now” Subconscious Training System to combine the best of these psychological techniques. It is the most effective method ever created to turn procrastination into productivity, overwhelm into action, fear into power.

This is much more than a program on time management. It is a program that will change your life from the inside out.

The “Take Action Now” CD System Includes

These NLP enhanced guided visualizations and multiple Self Hypnosis Sessions build on one another to free you from past failures and reprogram your mindset for future success. This is the process that many of the world’s top achievers have used to overcome limitations in their own thinking and become outstanding in their field.

What would it be worth to you to have the confidence to achieve your goals and the motivation to passionately achieve them? How would your life be different if you had abundant energy and limitless self-esteem? What if you could become the best and highest version of yourself and do it in just 21 days?

Bonus DVD

As a special bonus I’ll also be including a DVD where I discuss 20 time saving tips and techniques that can truly transform your life. When I’m ready to release the system I’ll give you a complete rundown of what’s on this DVD. It’s basically the content that I deliver when I speak on the topic of time management for Corporate and University audiences.

I did two seminars on this topic at colleges in New York earlier this week and one student emailed this to me afterward:

“I was an audience member of yours today. The entire time I felt like you were (speaking to) me. You really opened my eyes to what I was doing wrong. I was struggling a lot in school and just could not concentrate on anything and I thank you for opening my eyes.” - Andrew

So it’s ummm, eye opening!

Seriously though, this DVD is included so that as you develop the mindset of a proactive, productive person you also have the practical skills that will enable you to become a high achiever right away. Use even a few of these tips and you’ll immediately start getting more done in less time.

Enter Your Comment Below

Just like in life, you can’t win if you don’t play the game, so tell me why you should win this system. Convince me I should give it to you. Tell me what you’ll do with it and how it will change your life. Taking action is the only way to win. So take action now!

Joshua, please choose me for the CD set!! I am, quite obviously, in need of a little help. It is almost midnight and I am currently reading your blog instead of working on my 20-page physics term paper… which is due TOMORROW! I always get so caught up in my procrastination and my negative habits. I know that when I stay on task, I accomplish so much more, but, somehow, procrastination STILL almost always wins. I just cannot snap out of this destructive behavior. I feel that if I could just break free of this heaviness, I would be able to reach so many more of my goals and, generally, feel so much better about my accomplishments. I am sick and tired of feeling the guilt of knowing I could have done more with my time. I truly believe your hypnosis program can help me — it has already helped me to sleep significantly better (and much more reliably) at night. I am an anxious and thankful fan of yours who would really appreciate just a little more of your magic touch.

I should win the CD set because I have a huge problem with procrastination. I’m a college student and I put everything off until right before it’s due and sometimes don’t end up handing things in on time or not studying for an important test because I just contintue to procrastinate. I know that I need to do the assignments or study so that I pass my classes but I can not motivate myself to actually do it most of the time. I have such a problem that right now I’m in fear of failing at least one of my classes and if I fail more than one of them I will be academically dismissed from the college and not be allowed to return. So right now I’m really willing to try anything to help me overcome my horrible procrastination problem. So hopefully if I win the CDs will work and I’ll actually get my assignments done. I hope you’ll consider my situation. Thank you.

I work a daily job for a telecommunications company from home and in my off time, I run a travel agency and also have another business venture with a partner so I’m constantly moving from task to task and yet I seem like I never get it all done. Time management has always been my bane because sometimes I can be a habitual procrastinator and I get sidetracked easily. I sometimes have to set notes with alarms in my PC and Blackberry to remind me to do things.

As a side note, the CDs I got from you on the cruise are working wonders and I also have started your Weight Loss program. So good so far.

I should win this system because I need it. I am a student, going to a university. I never do what I am supposed to, I always put things off til the last minute. At the moment I should be packing but instead I am on the computer. Even when I set aside things to do, such as study, I can never concentrate long enough to actually do so or I convince myself I’ll do it later and never do. Putting things off until the last minute seems to be my lifestyle, the only way I can operate and I hate it. It causes me alot of stress when the last moment does come, and it has even caused problems between me and my parents.
School is ending this week, and I’ll have about three months before I start my junior year and begin taking really rough courses. This would give me three months to use your CDs to change my life. I want to use your CDs to become a better student and to finally be able to focus on the tasks I need to get done and accomplish my goals.
    Thank you,
    Meghan

I would like to submit my reasons for needing to win Joshua’s self-hypnosis CDs, but I can’t find the time to organize a great reason in my cluttered mind.
Sounds like your CDs mght be just what I need.
I listen to your Weight Management CD daily, Joshua, with great success. You and I met on a cruise a few years back, and I attended several of your fantastic hypnosis session lectures. While on the cruise, my husband and I purchased two of your CDs, the other being Stress Reduction. Your CDs are fabulous! Very effective! I read your blogs regularly. Thanks so much for your help.

    Hello joshua!

I’d like to be chosen to win the new series! Let me tell you why. I was a basic non believer in the power of hypnosis. I thought it was pretty good show material however and that’s where I met you recently aboard the Caribbean Princess.

I thought your show was so interesting and nearly believable that I just had to attend your Hypnosis for weight loss, which both my wife and I did. At the end of the show I was one of those in line for the deluxe set, which unfortunatly was sold out. Your offer of an additional CD of our choice was a smart move and the incentive I needed to get a set. I got the Quit Smoking. the Memory Improvement (which we often laughed about because that was the one I kept forgetting I had picked, The Stress Reduction and the Weigt Loss.

I love the CD’s, I’ve sent many of my friends to your website. Right now I have a friend working on weight loss for her high school reunion. I immediately told her about your program.

I figure procrastination is a set you made just with me in mind! I’d love to try it. Pick Me, pick me!

Good Luck with the new series! I love the stuff you do! Keep up the good work.

    George

I have a tendency to clutter up my life and then feel snowed under. I have to really really work at getting everything accomplished. I wish I could do more and also have time to relax. I need help so it will not be so difficult to get my stuff done. I never really relax because I think I should be working at whatever is not finished.

  8. Diane Says:

Joshua, pick me because instead of being addicted to sleeping pills, I can’t sleep unless I hear your voice via the insomnia cd. So I say I go to sleep with you every night. It would be nice to be programmed with other subconscious messages that would encourage my success.

I could really put the CD’s to great use! I truly need to better my life, I am 47 yrs old although I feel I have changed for the better in my later years there are so many things in my life that I cannot control and with those things constantly challenging me it is hard for me to be the best I can be without help. I use your CD that I purchased often and I feel so much better about myself just listening to one CD, with the complete series there would be no stopping me! I know I would be able to handle the challenges in my life with a caring mind and not the caos that has plagued me most of my life! I hope I win, you have no idea what life changing help these CD’s would bring to me! If not, I will continue to listen to the one CD I have and truly believe in you!!! Thank you for your help in my life, I mean that!

When you give me my free CDs, I will use them to make my dreams come true.

After nearly a one-year hiatus, I will dive back into college classes with a new drive and determination. Assignments will no longer seem impossible to finish, and will be completed long before deadlines. Distractions will no longer exist. I will be free from the anxiety that has kept me from being who and where I want to be. I will be focused on the person I am developing into, no longer in fear of life-long failure.

Because I will be making better use of my time, I will be able to earn a living wage while at the same time affording a full-time academic schedule. I will no longer waste time, money, and energy making unnecessary purchases as a means of treating my depression, because I will be comfortable with the person I have found myself to be.

In a few years, I will be doing what I love, loving what I do, performing with confidence, AND getting paid for it. In my spare time (which I will have plenty of, thanks to my killer time management skills) I will be doing more of what I love, and giving myself to those I love and the community at large.

Seeing all that these CDs are going to help me achieve, you may have second thoughts about giving them to me for free. However, your mind will be eased when you realize that you can use my success story to promote the “Take Action Now” CD system, selling thousands of copies as a result.

Oh, and I promise I will take this course as prescribed, following all directions. Not like the Unlimited Confidence CD, which I have yet to participate with for a full 21 days straight. (Say, maybe you could include an iPod with this giveaway so I can take these courses with me everywhere I go.)

I should have had three assignments completed by today, one I spent all night on, another I won’t even be able to turn in, and another that I’m just going to hope for the best with whipping something up at the very last minute. Procrastination has been a serious problem for me ever since my parents stopped guiding me by the hand when I entered middle school. The thing is that I still need guidance and I’m too afraid to let anyone know that I need help with prioritizing. I have horrendous study habits and would rather have play come before work, and so I cram and I do just enough to get me a passing grade. It’s hard to face professors after receiving graded tests or papers because I know they can tell that I spent very little time on doing my work and I’m dissatisfied with my grades. I used to be an honor student and I remember being so proud of myself for getting an A on something, now all I can manage to get are B’s and C’s. Finals week is rapidly approaching and I’m already feeling the anxiety I get when I know that all I’m going to do is cram the night before and hopefully manage to pull at least a C. Aside from school, I can’t even motivate myself to do simple house chores. I have to be told to do something as if I’m still just a kid. I want to feel proud of myself again, relieve my stress, and feel that I’m not just wasting not only my time, but my professors’ time as well as the money my parents are spending to send me to school. I hate having people perceive me as a child for not getting things done, it’s so sad that no one has any faith in me to do so. That’s why I believe that I should be chosen to recieve your CDs. Please guide me through managing my time and motivate me to take action, I’ve already taken this first step and I don’t want it to end here. Thank you.

I would like to receive the copy of your newest CD series not only because I could really use it but my 10 year old son has a very hard time with procrastination and concentrating. He is very bright and one of the top students in his class but has a very hard time getting things done on time. I would love to share this series with him as well. My husband and I have already purchased your stress and concentration CD’s and enjoy them every day and we have even shared the stress CD with my son to help relax him to sleep.
Thank you for the work you do, it has been a great help in our family’s life.

  13. Zach Staley Says:

I am a very good choice to win this CD set, because I have already dealt with procrasination and anxiety, but its effects still linger. At one point in High School, my subconscious nearly took control of my life. I went through these strange cycles, the first one beginning because of finals my Sophomore year, where I would be anxiety ridden and reclusive for a week, then COMPLETELY fine and outgoing the next! It was like night and day, and the same day at the same hour it would flip the switch on me. This went on for an entire year… only through cognitive therapy, by bringing my subconscious thoughts forward to my conscious mind, was I able to overcome this severe problem.

However, now that I am in college, I notice remnants of this coming back. I will become stressed before exams or long papers, and not it just saps my energy. I again go into a state where I don’t enjoy my normal taks, but yet I don’t feel like doing anything about it. It is like instead of just completing the task and getting it done, I would rather sit and worry more about it. I have never been good with managing my time, but with the anxiety hanging over me it makes everything 100% harder.

I know that I will use this program to once again reprogram my subconscious, conquer my problems with anxiety, and live life with zeal and abundant happiness every day, just like it used to be! Carpe Diem, as they say, and seize the day I will!

    Thank you,
    Zach

Your “New You Total Weight Loss System” has helped, and is still helping me, loose weight. Your “Increase Energy and Banish Insomnia” CD is helping me to sleep better. Your “”Memory and Concentration Improvement” is helping to stop calling the grandkids by the dog’s name. Your “Stop Smoking Now!” got my son through quiting (one year, 5 months smoke free). I KNOW!!! that “Take Action Now” WILL motivate me to stop procrastinating. I’m now raising two grandchildren and at my age need all the help I can get to keep me motivated to get the things I must accomplish done. I find it too easy to put off “until tomorrow…..” even when I know it needs to be done now. My grandchildren and others around me depend on me not to procrastinate. Thank you for considering me, and for all the great help you and your CD’s have given my family and me. Elizabeth

I am now starting my Golden Years and find I am still stuck in suspended procrastination, still putting off the important tasks that need to be dealt with NOW.

I would like to experience life without the cloud of a “pending folder” hovering over my head like the proverbial ton of bricks.

I can’t imagine how liberating it would be to have my life upto date and in order. How freeing would it be to go to bed at night not mulling over all the things that need get done tomorrow?

Every morning I wake up remembering the conversation I had with myself the night before and face the day frustrated because there is so much to do. I try to figure out where to start, what to do first and then instead I do what I feel like doing, causing the heavy pending folder to loom over my head yet another day and to be mulled over yet another night, still weighing me down as the days fly by.

    Dear Joshua,

“Take Action Now” sounds like the mantra that will propel me into a better future as I learn to take back my life. I’ve been struggling with my health for two years, spent thousands of dollars on doctors and tests, made countless lifestyle changes, and hoped beyond hope for a solution. Although I continue looking for solutions to my chronic and persistent fatigue and low immune system functions, I have found a strength inside I didn’t know I had. I realized that, despite my external struggle, I can still find love, peace, hope and joy in my life. However, as my spirit evolves and adjusts to this new life, I still have moments where I am unsure what to do, who to turn to, and how to keep going. I am excited about your new program because the CD I purchased in the past offered me tremendous resources for relaxation and coping with this illness. I just know that the Take Action Now series will help me transition from the fast-paced career in administration to a slower, more reflective career in writing. I believe the program can help me see this life change, not as a death sentence, but an opportunity to experience life in a new way.

    Blessing to you,
    Twila

    Dear Joshua,
Thank you for being willing to make this available for free to some deserving person! It shows what kind of person you are.

At one time, I was very efficient, a terrific organizer and multi-tasker. Then life threw me a hard ball and I became disabled with a very painful illness. Eight years later, I am recovering and I have to completely rebuild my entire life. I am 56 and doing it alone. It’s difficult to explain to people what a daunting task it is. I’m constantly feeling overwhelmed because there is so much to do and I’m finding it difficult to organize and prioritize, and often I just get paralyzed mentally, so I DO procrastinate hoping that tomorrow things will somehow be easier. In addition to all that, I can no longer perform my previous profession in nursing, so I’m learning a new profession, hypnotherapy. I want to specialize in pain management, physical and emotional.

Being ill for so long has taken it’s toll on my confidence, and moving from complete inertia to keeping up with others who have already been moving at full-speed ahead seems impossible at present. I feel like I’ll never get caught up, because I’ve lost those good skills. I believe your CD’s could help remove the negative programming that’s developed because of being ill for so long, and give me a chance to be successful in building my new life. I’m looking forward to getting past the anxiety, the guilt and feelings of total overwhelmed to being better than my old self before illness, one that can really MOVE and Take Action because, with your help, I’ll be totally free and unencumbered of things that will clutter the path; energized, and excited about my new life, better than ever! Thanks again.

Dear Joshua, It’s taken me a week just to open your email on procrastination and time mangagement. HA! It’s not that I put things off as a habit; I have to put things in the que. I’m a caregiver, I work from home for a living, and with indoor and outdoor things to keep up, my time is really, really consumed. I’ve been having dreams lately of tsunami waves coming toward me and consuming me. I think I need to listen to my mind’s message, but how? I really need to learn how to manage my time. I’m tired of only having time to be a dreamer. I’m glad you have created this series. I know I’m not alone in this plight.

*note to self - really need to do this.
*note to self - hello???? Do it now!
*HEY! SELF! - Stop putting this off! You’ve go to do this NOW. It’ll help you get motivated and get organized so we can go back to doing fun stuff. Remember fun? It’s the things you can do that don’t involve stress, overwork, worry, or bad hair days caused by pulling hair out in frustration. It’ll help you get back on track with life - you’ll learn how to manage time more wisely (and let’s face it, you really need that with two jobs), learn to be proactive in taking control of yourself, be more confident (what happened to that “I can do it” attitude?), and you’ll learn the meaning of “why put off till tomorrow what you can do today”. So, get to it - tell him. NOW.
*note from self - I’ll do it tomorrow. Really. Promise.

So close…so close to being the person I want to be yet I continue to get in my own way.

Hey Joshua. Thanks for producing this CD series and for this fun contest!

If I got the Take Action Now system, I would use it to dissolve my lurking self-esteem issues that continue to plague my progress.

Losing 58.5 inches and 47 lbs in the last year and a half (after a life-long struggle) has been a major success and began the ball rolling towards a totally healthy lifestyle, like improving my financial health and social skills. But I unconsciously find ways to roadblock my own progress. (last night’s gorge on chocolate chips and goji berries is a good example!)

Changing my subconscious self-perception will allow me to change the world! As I create the life I love, I’ll be sharing my adventures so others can do the same.

    I love the Internet.

Thanks again, Joshua, and good luck trying to pick a winner! We all deserve to win. :)

Joshua, I am still puzzled by my reaction to being hypnotized by you. I was so happy one minute when you were saying how proud we’d be with ourselves and then, for no reason, I was sitting there crying like a baby. I still don’t know what happened. I have never felt such outward emotion, especially in public. Thank you for your hug and kind words. If you think I deserve this gift, I would be forever grateful to you. Thank you again.

    Hi Joshua,

Well, I have a story as do we all. I will be turning 60 in October. And, I am determined to make the next decade one of discovery for myself. I have worked all my life, married, had children. In 2004 I lost my husband of 20 years to cancer. The 3 years prior to his death were the worst years of my life…filled with doctors, tretaments, sickness, stress, my own poor health, and helping my son deal with his fathers illness and death. For two years after my husband’s death my son needed my attention constantly. He went through some terrible times trying to adjust. This is the first year since that time that things are starting to calm down to the point where I can concentrate on myself and decide what to do with the time I have left to celebrate life….so I am in a new period of my life trying to determine what I should be doing and how to get there. The many years of stress have taken it’s toll on me physically…I had put on over 100 pounds and had a very poor self image. I began hiding away… but I know that is not what is intended for me. I have much I can contribute and I want to do that. In the last 18 months I have lost 50 pounds by eating smaller meals and swimming 3-4 times a week and practicing yoga. But I have been stuck for over 6 months in trying to lose the rest. But it’s not just the weight. I’m trying to find out who I really am and what I need to be doing. I am hoping that your CD’s will give me the strength to keep going and show me the way. Won’t you help me discover my true path? Thank you for your consideration.

I just saw your show on the cruise ship Norweigen Spirit from New Orleans to New York. I purchased the Weight loss and Stop Smoking Cd. We returned on the 13th and on the 14th I woke up and listened to stop smoking and I have not had a cigarette since then. I am very obese and sedimentary and I have very little will power, I would like to win your new collection so that I can begin to live again, set goals and achieve them and become human again instead a oversize burden that I am now. If I was choosen to win the collection I would also chart my progress in life with you on your web site and even meet you for seminars to show how well you bring people back to a great and heathly life. Thank you for what I have already.

    Hi Joshua -

I am responding as a result of your last chance reminder…that should tell you a lot. I am in the same boat as many others - busy life with three boys, a husband, a dog, church, school and a full time job that seems full time and part time! So…I stopped and let my mind go…and this is what I came up with…

    A Procrasted Poem

    My conscious is my filter
    that limits how I act
    using what is knows
    believing it is fact

    It needs to be reprogrammed
to show what it can do
    enabling me to really live
    the way I need to

    Beliefs remain limiting
    unless I can break free
    to change the expectations
    engrained since I was three

    I’m focusing on weight now
and it seems to be working
but I know I need to add
    the behaviors that are lurking

    Time just keeps on passing
    quicker than it stays
I need to get my act together
    now and not in days

    Hopelessness and despair
    have managed to set in
    unless I get them out
    it hides my smiling grin

    I need the motivation
    to eliminate fatigue
    and rid myself of feelings
    hanging on my sleeve

    Tomorrow never comes
    so everything piles up
    it continues to overwhelm me
so I feel like giving up

I know this is really goofy
but it has really made me think
I never expected to spend this time
when I clicked on the link

I’d like to thank my mind
    for coming to my aid
    to put this poem together
and try to win the game

Good luck to all who play
    we come here to improve
the things we need to fix
to get us in the groove

    Thanks Joshua!

What? Another thing to do? No way, i’ll just get to that when I’m done with the other 5000 things I need to do first. I catch myself saying things like “I’ll do it later” or “let me finish this first” or “oh no, that’s due tomorrow??? I forgot about that” a lot. The reason is I am a procrastinator! But how will I change this aspect about me and make myself a better person? I believe by obtaining your new Take Action Now CD will help me be a better person and stop being a procrastinator. When I learn how not to procrastinate I will be able to get through school easier and when i finally get a career I will not be that person everyone has to remind 100 times to get their work done. Plus, when I am done getting over my procrastination habbits I can pass the CD on to my friends and it can change their lives too! So remember, winning a CD will not only help me but it will help my friends too! Good luck on picking a winner!

    Hi Joshua,
Met you on a Alaska cruise and was part of a group that was hypnotised. My wife and I are over 60 years old now and both lost a little weight, but face serious health issues from being overweight. We both have trouble staying on a day to day weight loss routine and hope your CD set will help us enjoy retirement together.

Hey Josh, I was introduced to you on the NCL Dream TransAtlantic trip in April 2006, the airlines had lost your luggage and I never did hear if the airlines ever got it back to you. I hope that iI found its way to you.

Something about you really touched a nerve with me. I`m not sure if it was the fact that you reminded me of my oldest son, (your build, your voice, or your mannersim) or the fact that you seemed to really care about people. We attended both of your shows, the stress seminar and the weight loss seminar. I purchased you insomina CD and it has worked wonders, I was taking sleeping pills 4-5 night a week and now I seldom, if ever, use them.

Just this January I purchased your Total Weight Loss System and for the first time I stuck with it and had lost around 15 pounds when I fell and broke my leg on April 1. Without really thinking about it, I have stayed with the changes I made using your total weight system thru this difficult time and I have lost an additional 5 pounds.

I would like to win your new CD set for my son who will graduate from high school in a month and he has been admitted to the very selective Conversatory at Lawrence University. He has had problem with procrastination and time management all thru his school years. This CD set will give him the tools to help him with these areas and succeed in his college years.

We cruise 1-2 times a year and I always hope that you will be onboard, no luck so far but there is always next time.

Good luck choosing a winner, my son could really benefit form the new CD series.

    Thanks for this chance,
    Janice

Procrastinate, postpone, put off, delay, push back, postpone, drag your feet, defer.

Prove to me that your CDs can help me change all the above. If you send me your free CDs and I do change all the above I will be a great supporter for you to call upon.

So invest in me for potential great ROI.

I have limited finances in my golden years and would not be able to purchase your program…so give an old lady a chance to be enhance by your expertice! You will realy be changing a life! And giving me another chance at enjoying a much greater life! Thanks and good sucess to whomever you choose.

I have a very interesting problem that I have been dealing with ever since I was in school. It has continued on into my professional life. I AM A PROCRASTINATOR!! But I am also a PERFECTIONIST. I know that these two qualities do not go together, and people who don’t know me think it’s impossible, but it’s true.

I wait until the very last minute to do anything, then stress over it until it’s perfect. It drives everyone nuts around me, but I cannot seem to control my behavior. I don’t have a problem completing tasks (actually I can get them done pretty quick), but it’s the part where they must be perfect that drives me crazy.

Being a procrastinator is not the problem … it’s the perfectionist part that makes the procrastination hard. If you could help me in any way from being a procrastinator, I could still be a perfectionist and not have to stress over the time it takes to get things done, because I wouldn’t wait until the last minute anymore.

I actually read your e-mail for the first time on April 23rd, but as you can see I waited until I got another saying the contest ends at midnight tonite. PLEASE HELP

    Joshua,
I would love the chance to win your cd collection.
My husband and I recently saw you on the NCL Spirit; I didn’t believe that hypnosis could help,
However after listening and observing your presentations, I have become a believer. I have watched my husband also become a non smoker, he has tried to quit before and has always gone back to smoking, this time is different he has not smoked and he is not miserable either. I have seen a positive change in him. I would love the opportunity to have this type of change for both of us, in regards to the rest of our life challenges - stress, weight loss, negativity, lack of motivation, lack of commitment to achieve new goals in life. We both have become overweight through the years of marriage we have tried many diets and gimmicks over the years for weight loss none of which have worked. I have found myself making healthier choice for my entire life style since I attended your presentation. I believe now in the power of hypnosis and the power or the mind to help us through these challenges. Please consider us for your CD collection; I’m positive this opportunity would have a positive effect on the rest of our lives making us happier and healthier. Thank you for this opportunity.

    Hi Josh,

Thank you so very much for all of your amazing work. I respond well to hypnosis and fell in love with your energy when I attended one of your seminars recently. Very Powerful. Though my funds are small right now, I bought everything you had to offer and listening to the CD’s is helping me so very much. I am a single mother and also recovering from a traumatic brain injury suffered in 2001. I have done lots of work to relearn to read and get back into my racing. Something I still struggle with is meeting time lines or juggling to many things at once. My mind freezes and I become so overwhelmed! Consciously I want to do it, but at times I sit frozen for sometimes hours as my wants and what my body seems capable to to do have such a conflict. Battling this for so long has left me with many doubts that I will regain my health. In my heart I am determined to achieve my full health again and leap above and beyond all expectations of what anyone including myself ever dreamed I could be capable of. Your new CD series will be a treasure and a huge link to help me on my path.

    Thank you so much!

Well, it’s just a few minutes before midnight….
I’ve been thinking about doing this all week…..
Plenty of time, no problem, I’ll get to it, later!
I don’t think it will take too long…………..

Actually, I know exactly what I’m going to say…
Just don’t have the desire to really get going…
After all, other “stuff” has been waiting too….
Seems like everyday someone fills my agenda……
Who’s in control of my life after all………..?
No point in being frustrated, just kinda typical.
    It’s not like I’m lazy, or a sluggard…………
Actually, I have a lot of “irons in the fire”….
Most of my friends are way too into lists……..
Too many systems make me feel trapped, no freedom.
Maybe I’m ADD or ADHD, or maybe just overwhelmed..
Must be something inside, something too weak……
It would be great to let this whole thing pass….
Not worth getting stressed about, right……….?
It’s supposed to be a fun contest, like life…..
I need some time to think about this…………
Maybe I’ll feel better about it tomorrow…….
    Maybe………………………………….
Maybe it will be too late after all……..
So close, yet not enough to finish……
    Hope someone else follows through…..
    Always someone else….
    Always.

(So, there’s what it feels like playing out in the heads of those trapped by procrastination.
We have all probably mentally “spoken” some of
those negative self talk statements at a weak or overwhelming moment. Life can do that to you, and, if your not prepared to challenge those thoughts, they can devestate and consume the joy
in your life. Missed opportunities are what adds up to a unfulfilled life. We all could benefit by
having the “right messages” ready at on our sub-conscious level, to slay the demons that would rob our best days by procrastination. I applaud this new release and will love to read the stories of lives changed. It IS that important. It WILL make a difference. So, what are you waiting for. Let’s do Life, Full Speed Ahead!)

All my best to you Josh, All my best……

    Randy

Hoping for the best in controling my problem.
Thanks again for all your help Joshua.
